As an agency strategist, I not only supported creative teams during project kickoffs and internal reviews, but also used social listening tools and platform data to formulate brand archetypes, influencer and brand partner recommendations, SEO best practices, and identify platform trends.

Clients included HP, Organon, Schneider Electric, and Dow Jones.

TikTok Ads and [social-focused] AI Integration

Holding a formal background in social media strategy and management, I was asked to present to the agency’s analytics and strategy teams about TikTok. Specifically, the platform’s new guidelines surrounding AI – and if time allowed – discuss the best and worst practices of AI integration on other social platforms. The purpose of this presentation was to educate. To share with the agency what resources were at our fingertips for TikTok ad campaigns, how to take advantage of AI tools, and general “do’s” and “don'ts.”

Social Platform Specifications

The master document that creatives and strategy used to find platform specifications, has not been updated in years. Additionally, this written document was missing a number of key social platforms altogether, including Snapchat and Pinterest. Prior to this project, these would have been missed opportunities for clients to advertise and connect with their target audiences. After building a complete and robust suite of social platform specifications with updated information, this deck was reviewed to later share agency-wide. While a myriad of social platforms exist, specific channels were intentionally chosen for this document to cater to new and existing clients. For this project, a written document was updated as an internal agency resource, and a new deck was created to potentially share with clients, and to be used as a template for future client-facing presentations.

Influencer Marketing 101

After being asked to review and update the agency’s platform spec documents, another project was thrown my way. The influencer marketing deck used to guide clients, had not been updated since 2019 and was in desperate need of a facelift. This newly updated and polished presentation discusses a wide variety of topics under the “influencer marketing” umbrella, such as campaign best practices, how to conduct outreach for influencer campaigns or brand partnerships, and a crash course of the best social platforms for influencers, complete with influencer lists for each.
