Hi, I’m Sydney!
I think that action movie soundtracks are underrated and I am convinced that Princess Tiana is the best Disney Princess. But most importantly, I love creative strategy + data analytics.
I love how creative content can connect people and strengthen relationships. I am fascinated by algorithms, and how they organize content, and love that social media gives users the power to promote authentic ideas on their creative platforms. Coming up with the big idea or key concept for a new project is exciting! And while I don’t consider myself a “math person,” I find statistics and data analysis absolutely fascinating. Consumer insights, performance stats, query building, I love it all.
My work in social has been both humbling and inspiring. I have had the privilege of working with agencies and organizations that have trusted me to bring their creative visions to life. During my time as a cafe associate at Panera Bread (many years ago), my manager told me that “…customers first eat with their eyes.” Of course, she was referring to bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and soups, but I have carried this philosophy with me throughout my career. No matter how innovative brands are, if their ideas aren’t presented in easy-to-digest and visually stimulating ways, they can’t connect with audiences.
SO IN SUMMARY, I love creative strategy + data analytics, I definitely have a sweet tooth, and am thankful for my past days at Panera Bread (even though I had to scrub toilets from time to time). Thanks for stopping by my website!
